Case Study: Taigolf - Building a Niche Travel Brand from Scratch

Before any execution, a full groundwork was laid to ensure the brand was built on insight rather than guesswork.

  • Conducted market research to understand demand, competitor landscape, and international golfer travel behavior

  • Defined target audience profiles and ideal customer journey for international golf travelers visiting Thailand

  • Developed brand positioning, identifying the unique angles that would make Taigolf stand out in a crowded market

  • Created a go-to-market plan covering channels, messaging, and priority order for brand launch

2. Brand Visibility, Trust & Lead Generation

2.1 Social Media Management

Managed and grew Taigolf's presence across Facebook and Instagram with a structured monthly content strategy - covering photo posts, video content, and long-form articles.

  • Created and executed monthly content calendars aligned with golf seasons and international travel patterns

  • Produced image posts, short-form videos, and long-form blog-style content across platforms

  • Maintained consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

2.2 Website, SEO & Content Marketing

Built, maintained, and continuously optimized the Taigolf website and landing pages. Published blog content to improve both traditional search rankings and AI-powered recommendation visibility.

  • Created and optimized landing pages tailored to high-intent international golf travelers

  • Published SEO-focused blog content targeting relevant keywords with strong search intent

  • Optimized content for AI search recommendations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)

  • Monitored performance via Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; iteratively improved content

Planned and ran paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to generate qualified leads. Built full tracking and analytics infrastructure to support data-driven optimization and remarketing.

  • Designed and ran Meta Ads and Google Ads targeting international golfers planning Thailand trips
