Overview
As Marketing Operation Executive at Klick Digital, I led end-to-end social media management for one of Thailand's most prominent retail hypermarket chains a project critical to the client's tourism awareness and in-store visit objectives. I owned the project from strategy through execution, managing a team of 5 interns and coordinating with external production partners in Thai.
Platforms Managed
Primary channel. ~14 posts/month. Video, image, and promotional content separately targeting tourists.
Blog
English-language corporate blog. Travel, food, and lifestyle articles optimised for tourist discovery.
TikTok
Stealth travel influencer account. Tourism & lifestyle content targeting foreign visitors to Thailand. Launched mid-May 2026.
Responsibilities
Built and managed a monthly content calendar covering ~14 Facebook posts, coordinating image, video, and blog article production across formats
Wrote scripts, captions, creative directions, and cover image briefs for each content piece; briefed external videographers and Thai video editors to align with brand and campaign goals
Authored blog articles for the client's English-language corporate blog from research and writing to image selection and client submission
Managed 5 interns, assigning tasks and overseeing quality across content production, scheduling, and community engagement
Launched and managed a covert travel influencer TikTok account ("BangkokBestie") targeting inbound tourists, handling strategy, content planning, and soft brand integration
Compiled monthly performance reports; monitored engagement and managed community interactions on behalf of the client
